Start/Stop All tracking layers from single button.

Add a button to start/stop tracking for registered layers, maybe up near the edit button. The registered layers would be using the same methods as the project open use, just on demand instead of on the opening of the project.

I tend to have multiple tracking layers in a project (points/lines), and it would be nice to have a button to start/stop the tracking for all registered layers. I know you can do it for individual layers, or on project open, but sometimes you don't want to start tracking when opening a project. For example, it may take 10-15mins to get an accurate GPS signal before wanting to starting to track so having a single button would help with this or you have a break down and need to pause the tracking.
