GeoPackage: outdated link (and library) in page "Modeling Guidelines"

http://opengeospatial.github.io/e-learning/geopackage/text/modeling.html#id5 refers to https://bitbucket.org/luciad/libgpkg, which gives a 404. The current page for that library seems to be https://github.com/luciad/libgpkg, but note that the latest release is from June 2014.

Should this section be updated to refer to a new library (or perhaps a couple of different libraries, if possible)? (this may affect the view example as well).

Note: https://www.geopackage.org/implementations.html also refers to https://bitbucket.org/luciad/libgpkg.
