definition of "implementation specification"

"implementation specification" is the target type of all requirements classes, but is not defined in the "terms and definition".

The TC P&P (05-020r25) uses the term Implementation Standard but fails to define it. It does provide a definition for OGC Standard: "A document containing an OGC consensus computing technology dependent standard for application programming interfaces and related standards based on the Abstract Specification or domain-specific extensions to the Abstract Specification provided by domain experts. " If we need to include a definition for Implementation Standard then this one might do. But that would preclude Implementation Specifications which have not gone though a formal standardization process. Is that a problem?

See #123 If we are targeting two standardization targets, then we need to define the terms which identify them.

Need to refer to OGC to get advice/resolution/suggestion. Chuck will do.

Added definitions to section 5 for the following:

  1. Application Schema - from OGC definitions register
  2. Conceptual Model - from ISO 19101
  3. Conceptual Schema - from OGC definitions register and ISO 19101
  4. Implementation Specification - from OGC document types register

Note that the register does not provide a definition for Implementation Specification. But since that is the authoritative source, the best we can do is point to it and bug the NA to populate it.
