Add Semantic-SAM support

Now,segment-geospatial can surpport sam、hq-sam、fast-sam，it is a great job !! Any possible support for Semantic-SAM?

i implements the Semantic-SAM surport,but i can not install Semantic-SAM by pip install ,so i git clone the Semantic-SAM to local and implements geospatial segment base on [segment-geospatial], i can share the code ,and someone can add it to segment-geospatial?
