🏗️ (lib-component) migrate lib classroom part1

Purpose

The ultimate goal is to import DashboardClassroomForm component in lib-classroom. In order to do it, we have to move almost all LTI project to lib-component.

Proposal

  • [x] Adapt lightly lib-component
  • [x] Migrate SchedulingFields component
  • [x] Migrate UploadManager component
  • [ ] Pass tests
