[Markdown] Add image upload for Markdown document

Purpose

This adds a feature to upload images that can be used into Markdown documents.

Proposal

• [ ] Add lambda to place files in the proper bucket
• [ ] Add full backend upload process
• [ ] Add frontend method to upload image
• [ ] Add drag-drop feature on top of the existing one in the markdown editor
