Add an 'invite' button on viewers list, on instructor side

Feature Request

An 'Accept' and 'Finish' buttons have been added on the viewer lists in PR ... . But the 'Invite' button hasn't been implemented. It need to be, on the instructor side, but a way of managing invitation also need to be created on the student side too.
