Manage multiple users in the dashboard when jitsi is used

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.

Since now the dashboard was mostly used by a single user and if it was used by multiple users at the same time it was not really a problem event if it can results in some race conditions. With jitsi there is a real problem because the streaming can be start multiple time (but will fail if already in live)

We need to find a solution to avoid the same action by multiple users at the same time

I'm thinking: once the "climb on stage" feature is available, we won't need to go through the admin view to join the discussion. Everybody will go through the student view and ask the climb on stage.
