grant moderator permission to instructors entering in jitsi

Only the first instructor entering in jitsi is granted to moderator.

Describe the solution you'd like

Only instructor can access the dashboard and go to jitsi. We would like to grant moderator permission to every instructor connecting to jitsi through the dashboard.

Doing so is not possible using jitsi iframe API.
