Delete a live before starting

If I configure a live and I don't want to use it I would like to delete it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a button to delete and close a live.

The existing delete workflow can not be used. We should not create an harvest job, there is nothing to harvest but the mediapackage channel must be deleted
