Suggestion of the email content :

Body :
For the course <COURSE_TITLE>, the <N> installment debit has failed.
We tried to debit an amount of <INSTALLMENT_AMOUNT> on the credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX <CREDIT_CARD_LAST_FIVE_NUMBER>.
