This feature mainly relies on the feature request #423.

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.

About synchronization, currently, we are able to synchronize only CourseRun and Product on Richie. In the case, where the Syllabus page does not exist on Richie, the synchronization currently fails.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should be able to synchronize Syllabus (#423) on Richie. This should send all information required by Richie to create a Course page (code, title, description, cover, (and organizations ?)

Synchronization triggers

Furthermore, instead to trigger synchronization on model change, we could just add an admin action to publish the Syllabus and their related product and course runs.
