Fix English wording about line wrapping

I believe the original wording is not easy to understand. For example, "Start a new line at the vertical line" might sound like you should indent every line by 130 chars offset.

This PR puts some extra words to clarify the meaning.

:+1: because I also wondered why android-kotlin-style-guide was suggesting 130 width indentation.
