feature request: permanent "rescan addons" button

when adding addons, the only way to get the directory updated short of quitting (which lose your context) is to click the gears icon, re-select the same OF tree, and come back to the main window (not very intuitive).

There is already a reload method, exposed when loading a project requesting a not-found addon; simply make it always appear?

OMG yes I see what you mean. Downloading a new addon with PG open, it doesn't know about it, okay adding to next build
