Missing files when using local_addons

On OSX I have project setup like so.

The project builds fine but has all these warnings:

Your setup looks right to me, and since it compiles it seems like everything is correct? The "missing from working copy" thing is an git-related thing in Xcode I think. I know I get it if I delete a file that was tracked by git but haven't staged/committed that deleted file yet, though not sure why you're getting it for files that presumably still exist? In either case, I don't think there's a projectGenerator bug here.
