Disable Android CI / Nightly builds
Android is so out of date right now that I don't think you can do much with the nightly builds. Github Actions is disabling the Ubuntu 18.04 runner so CI will stop working in a week anyway.
Suggest we stop the nightly builds for Android for now and the CI, with the possibility of resuming if we can get the apothecary changes and main OF up to date.

Hey @danoli3 do you know what is the status of OF for Android? A friend is asking if it is usable for a personal multiplatform project
Very stable on Android we just need to chaos merge and test the libs updates!
