Issue at Rotating Rectangles

Hi, in chapter Graphics - Moving the World - Rotating Rectangles, only translating to 500,200 and then rotating 45 degrees doesn't work like shown in fig. 21.2 . After some try and error I translated back -500,200 after rotating. That worked well.
