Invited Survey Admin does not see new survey with Survey Admin rights

When a user is invited into a published survey with Survey Admin rights, and he is logged in Arena (while invited), and he switches the survey, he does not see it with Survey Admin rights. image

Only after refreshing the screen, collect left side panel appears.
