Chain - RStudio - categories: fill column 'label' by selected language

Currently, all labels for categories' tables are by the 1st language. If a table's labels (of the selected language) are blank/missing, then fill in the category table in RStudio using the 1st language.

These labels will be shown in statistical analysis result tables.
