Chain: copy chain to another survey

Survey Administrator, hosting surveys A and B, should be able to copy (or clone) a selected chain to survey B. We can require that survey B does not contain any chain yet.

1. needed a method to check that surveys "match", by going through all entity names, attribute names and category names in the chain. But no need to validate entities and attributes written in R scripts.
