[Reports] Bulk co-op reports showing non-bulk products

Open audez opened this issue 2 years ago • 0 comments

Description

The bulk co-op reports (admin/reports/bulk_coop) are displaying non-bulk products. And the info in the different reports is not the same.

Actual Behaviour

Bulk co-op supplier report: displaying bulk products AND non-bulk products Bulk co-op Allocation report and bulk co-op packing sheets: if you pass an order with both non-bulk and bulk products, it will only display non-bulk products . If you pass an order with only bulk products, it will display them.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Connect to a shop
  2. Create 1 bulk product (a product with the "group by option" set to yes) and 1 non-bulk (normal product)
  3. Pass an order with these 2 products
  4. Go to bulk co-op reports and see

Animated Gif/Screenshot

I've created a shop with 3 products: 2 bulk (group by option on yes) and 1 non-bulk Capture d’écran 2022-10-06 à 10 42 13

Then I passed 2 orders:

  • The first one with all products
  • The second one with only the Capture d’écran 2022-10-06 à 11 09 18 non-bulk product Capture d’écran 2022-10-06 à 11 09 03

What i see in the bulk co-op reports:

Supplier report

Allocation report

Packing sheets report

Customer payments report

Passing an order with only bulk product

Then I passed 1 more order with only a bulk product (Amandes VRAC -BULK), and it appears in the Bulk co-op Allocation report and bulk co-op packing sheets: Capture d’écran 2022-10-06 à 11 37 22

Workaround

No workaround for producers who want to have a report on the remaining quantities for bulk products. This has been raised by a hub who needs this. You have to go in Orders> Bulk order management, and you can check the quantities there.

Severity

bug-s3: a feature is broken but there is a workaround
