Automate testing of Maps and related features

What we should change and why (this is tech debt)

Our test suite is lacking testing of the Maps feature.

Maybe a way to approach this would be something like this. Would this make sense? Is this scalable to Open Street Map as well?

Context

Removing manual (release) testing of maps. Related to Google-free maps #5542 epic.

Impact and timeline

Increasing confidence when removing google maps and speeds up release testing.
