What

• This screen is very proeminent, and used to be only for #506 (something 90% of users are likely to use only once). We thus added app settings, and other important things (like calls to Contribution, Donation…). This is now a mess.
• An option is to rededicate the top menu navigation to Lists, break down settings into part, and add contextual/onboarding hints to various part of the app, including a Cog wheel on the "Welcome" scan screen.

That's not possible as is: the info icon for mandatory is too small and too close to the mandatory slider value. A solution would be to automatically open the info pop-up when a value is selected. I would also suggest radio buttons instead of sliders. Let me try...
