Brand insight is not deleted after brand completion

On this product (https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product/2000003651627/pudim-de-chia-com-morangos-comida-fresca), the brand insight was created on 2023-11-27 07:20:48.455359 UTC. However, the brand was later filled on March 21, 2024, 12:43:56 PM CET. The brand insight (29356879-de3d-4283-9525-a0630f01d6a2) was not deleted, which is a bug.
