Location search: use the Proof's EXIF GPS data to suggest shops

Problem

Currently the GPS location data from the image isn't used for anything useful.

Proposed solution

Check if the image has GPS data and use the EXIF location to search for potential shops the user might have taken that photo in, or select one from their recent locations.
