Holding down the return key when searching gives duplicate results

What

When entering a barcode into the search box and holding down the return key or clicking the search button multiple times fast, give you a lot of duplicate results.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the search page
2. Enter a barcode
3. Hold down the return key for a few seconds

Expected behavior

When you make a new search request before the previous has finished loading, it should cancel the last request.
