Support Node-Webkit (or possibly another VM) for reload-friendly applications

In order to better support live code reloading, we need reload-friendly targets. HTML5 is an obvious candidate, but it would be preferable for us to have a desktop window (such as those provided by Node-Webkit, Electron or another desktop solution) rather than reloading in a browser.

Other alternatives may include CPPIA, HashLink, Neko or another target that supports reloading in the same application window.
