Repatriate or remove links to external resources

Several links are provided to resources provided on senior contributors' accounts (adrienpacifico, Anna-Livia…). These links are outdated and point to resources that are not maintained. These resources should either come under Core Team maintenance and be repatriated to the OpenFisca organisation, or be removed since they are outdated.
