@yspolyakov This may not be the right place to point it out but I noticed that we are using various capitalization on install

/usr/local/lib/OpenFHE/OpenFHE* for the cmake configs. 
/usr/local/lib/libOPENFHE*.so for libraries
/usr/local/include/openfhe/* for includes. 

that maybe just duplicating what we did in palisade, but do you think this will be confusing to a user?
