Add truncation markers to our blog posts

We should add truncation markers (<!-- truncate --> or {/* truncate */}) for to our blog posts

1. It prevents possible SEO problems
2. If we don't manually add them docusaurus v4 will do that automatically, and the automatic ones may not be what we would prefer
