Show member hardiness zone

We already collect the member's location (city name or zip) in the signup flow. Now that @emily-plummer found us a great spreadsheet (#758) of USDA hardiness zones by zip code, we should be able to show the member what hardiness zone they're in on their profile page! (assuming they're in the US)

Additionally it's possible to let visitors know which hardiness zone they're in.
