Add to garden button - already added to garden

We should add a new state to the add to garden button for when the guide has already been added to your garden... perhaps making it green with a checkmark or something. or just changing the text of the button to 'Added to garden'

Okay, so the problem with this plan is that a guide or crop could be added to a garden multiple times but be at varying stages (one in 'planted', the next in 'harvesting').

I think this could be fixed by instead of having it be a link that adds things, once there's one crop in the garden the link could turn into a little +1.

Though I think that's a good idea Simon to allow the member to add more than one to each of their gardens.

Wait, you mean like the +1 would be a counter that would be counting up how many are in the garden, right? Or no?
