`PETRgraph.py` is matching primary verbs when only part of the verb is in the sentence

In AFP_SPA_19940921.0205_7.0, PETRgraph.py is matching the verb HACER to the primary verb phrase "HACER UN LLAMAMIENTO", which is not in the sentence.
