Can not access webcam on Mac OSX Catalina

With Parity Fether v0.4.2-beta installed, I cannot access to webcam and import account from Signer.

As shown in following: out

Followed FAQ to fix it, but the termnial does not appeared in the privacy list for camera. Screen Shot 2020-01-03 at 12 57 57

OS is macOS Catalina 10.15.2

@Tbaut, that is the part I checked, unfortunately does not help. See the screenshot on system preference, I did not find the terminal option on the right side, maybe new Mac OS has some changes affect to the privacy control?
