Show the dot amount associated to the token sale.

Since Dots aren't an ERC-20 token, this should probably be handled separately. Dots can't be sent so that the card shouldn't be clickable. It could be done once when the account is loaded for the first time. Since the amount will never change, we should query the contract and store the info in local storage.
