Error: Error while executing API call when tethering internet and from mobile and mobile phone call being made

I am currently tethering from a mobile phone's internet connection. If someone makes a phone call on that mobile phone I get a white screen in the UI (even if I reload it) and it shows the following error in Dev Tools Console.

Thanks, is this something you can reproduce somehow with the debug tool throttling maybe?

I just got the same error today but connected to 45Mbps broadband connection

I tried enabling chrome://flags/#enable-devtools-experiments and in Dev Tools creating a profile with 1kb/s download/upload and changing views, but was not able to replicate the error more than once (so I suspect the error occurred independent of using the throttling).
