Stuck on Step 3 but table is generated

Describe the bug

Version 7.0.2.1 (latest .zip)

Fresh install the application on shared server, composer install success Step 1 show's no problem at all on writable directory but somehow Stuck on step 3 for hours

this is screenshot

but i logged in on DBMS the tables were created

To Reproduce

1. Fresh Install
2. Initiate setup.php
3. go to step

Client configuration

• Browser: Chrome
• OpenEMR version : 7.0.2.1
• Operating system: Linux , Apache, Shared Server

Do you see anything in the php error logs while you are trying to do step 3? What is the cpu / memory configuration of your shared hosting?
