Inconsistent votes for Evan McMullin in 2016 Johnson County general source file

The source file for the 2017 Johnson County general election has some inconsistencies. The election day and early votes for Evan McMullin do not add up to their respective totals for precincts 20 (1 + 0 ≠ 0) and 34 (2 + 13 ≠ 2):

This is causing a failure of the vote breakdown totals test for the corresponding data file.
