Fisher County 2016 primary totals don't add up

There are many more questionable discrepancies.

I do have the CSV file ready (at 0ab0648a41d517286ce8be2e856b91f1d2a8fc31), but I don't feel comfortable pushing it, since it seems like every single total is off; I'm not sure the source can be used at all.

Yeah, seems like we'll need to go back to the county on this.

I can take the file you've already produced and update that.
