Overall, the totals are lower than should be for Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Northumberalnd, but higher than they should be for Crawford and Mifflin. For example, in Blair county the total for Barletta should be 27826, but here it is 27691. For Casey should be 14599, but it's 14460.

FWIW, for Bucks it looks like there may be precincts missing. The state says 304 reported. The general precinct file has 266.

There were some discrepancies in Leraysville and Stevens and county totals. I took what was on county canvass. 2018_pa_sw.xlsx

I put in the election district vote and the totals came out correct for US Senate and Governor so I think the other 38 districts are district totals not election district results.

@milandv did some spot-checking of candidates and the precinct totals matched countywide totals for Bucks.
