Missing party data in 2016 precinct results files

In the 2016 Fulton County general precinct file, and from what I can tell in all the other county precinct files as well, the "party" filed is missing data for a lot of the races, and for other races the formatting is inconsistent. Some races list the party a "D" & "R" while others as "Dem" & "Rep", with some having a stray "(" before the name.

Hello @djbj34 - yes we have an issue for working back through the years to validate and fix issues such as these. See #122. For 2016 this data is available via clarity so the fix shouldn't be too difficult if you want to work on it. I've been working my way up from 2000. I'll leave this issue open in case you have additional questions, etc. Thanks
