content/join.md says the way to join is to email or join Slack. I would recommend self-hosting a discussion service using a free tool such as Discourse, Rocket.Chat, or Wire instead of using a non-free service.

Rocky Linux team already using Mattermost. Link: As openEla and RockyLinux also supported by CIQ, I think Mattermost will be launch soon.
