Expose the OpenELA documentation project docs on the OpenELA website in a user usable form

On OpenELA we point to the git repository for the doc project. Could we post the docs in a user usable form?

Two motivation

1. Looking for ways to see what people are referencing in the docs and what questions are asking but not finding answers. That can tell us what doc is needed.
2. Hosting the docs on the OpenELA may provide additional content / drive people to the website.
