Make units consistent

I noticed that for LV lines the voltage level is given in V whereas for MV lines it is given in kV. This should be made consistent to only have V or kV. When this is done the importer in edisgo needs to be adapted accordingly.

In LV Grid generation kW is used, for consistency change all powers to MW.

Note: More than one time it was painful.
