Finalize how web app interacts with detection docker

We discussed this on the Dec 9 town hall. Work should start on this, and we have freedom to define the format (GraphQL/REST/WebSockets). The key things are to define the data needed. We can start with what's provided by the AWS hosted instance of the Grillo cluster.
