Tasks

  • Improving how we handle backports and the information radiators we use.
  • Creating and publishing a backports policy including old releases PRs.

I created a new board to track backports: https://github.com/orgs/openedx/projects/28/views/21. The problem is how painful it is to fill it manually, so I'll look into how we can automate this.

I think @farhaanbukhsh has this under control. Farhaan, do you think there is something else we should do to improve the visibility of backports for the releases? Not only for the oncoming, but for previous ones?
