lti_consumer does not work with upload_csv

I used upload_csv successfully in the past against . The endpoints would be exposed when I interrogated https://edge.edx.org/courses/course-v1:<COURSEURL>/lti_rest_endpoints . However, now the XBLOCK has changed and I only get an empty [] json file back when I request the lit_rest_endpoints and hence the upload_csv script can' upload to this new lti_consumer.

Is there a workaround?

PS: Advanced Module loads, "lti", and/or "lti_consumer" and I set scoring to true etc etc and still no luck...
