replace the outdated git protocol to fix maple build for insights

currently the maple image build for insights is failing because of the outdated git protocol

there's already an issue opened in karma-jasmine-jquery https://github.com/bessdsv/karma-jasmine-jquery/issues/23 and a PR to fix that as well: https://github.com/bessdsv/karma-jasmine-jquery/pull/24
