Restic REST Remote Destination

This would help backing up to more endpoints via the use of rclone restic server ~to for example google drive~

Currently we are restricted to S3 or GCP Filestore. Not good for scalability and not cost-economic

Can you explain more on why you are using rclone instead of minio at remote storage location?
