[Docs]: Docs on replicated storage backups with snapshots

Are you reporting an issue with existing content? I could only find backup docs for local storage and not replicated storage (may be I am blind). I am not sure if the same procedure is recommended for replicated as well, given it supports snapshots and other functionality. It would very much benefit the community if there is a doc on this topic and what the recommended tool / setup is.

Are you proposing new content, or a change to the existing documentation layout or structure? A document under replicated storage header with the name backups explaining how to do replicated / snapshotted backup with a given tool - velero / k8up / etc.
